10-year Frager Warranty

At Frager, as specialized manufacturers of door panels, we have full confidence in the quality of our products. That is why we offer a 10-year warranty that guarantees the durability, strength, and reliability of our panels when properly installed and maintained.

Our commitment is to deliver high-end entrance door solutions that maintain their aesthetics and performance over time.

10-year warranty conditions

The Frager warranty begins from the invoice date of the first panel and covers manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use, provided that the recommended installation, maintenance, and handling guidelines are followed.

To process a warranty claim, the following information must be provided:

  • Name and address of the end customer
  • Contact phone number
  • Invoice or order confirmation
  • Dimensions of the installed panel
  • Photos of the panel and the detected issue.

Proper installation to maintain warranty coverage

To ensure proper panel performance and maintain warranty coverage, installation must follow professional assembly standards.

Key recommendations include:

  • The panel must be installed on suitable plastic support blocks.
  • An effective drainage system in the bottom profile is essential to prevent water accumulation.
  • The panel must be fitted diagonally (lower hinge side and upper locking side).

Water accumulation due to insufficient drainage may cause damage and will automatically void the warranty.

Recommended maintenance

Frager panels and accessories are designed to require minimal maintenance.

For cleaning, we recommend only:

  • Lukewarm water
  • A soft cloth or sponge

The following must not be used:

  • Aggressive chemical products
  • Abrasive pads or sponges

The use of unsuitable products may damage the panel surface and is not covered by the warranty.

Finishes and painting

Frager panels with lacquered finishes meet strict quality standards.

It is important to note that:

  • Due to the lacquering process, slight color variations may occur between pieces of the same RAL color.
  • Minor imperfections not visible from a distance of 3 meters are considered acceptable within quality standards.

For outdoor applications, visual inspection of the finish is carried out from a distance of 5 meters.

Any modification of the panel or repainting carried out by third parties voids the finish warranty.

Decorative glass

The glass used in our panels complies with strict quality controls.

Some aspects to consider:

  • Small bubbles in decorative glass may be part of the manufacturing process.
  • Only defects visible from 2 meters and permanent in nature will be considered valid.
  • If a defect is confirmed, the glass will be replaced free of charge, although replacement-related costs are not included in the warranty.

Glass breakage is not covered by the warranty.
